Shipping Free in UAE if order is above AED 100 Otherwise AED 30/- shipping charges applicable for every order. If item is available, delivery time will be 2 working days from the order processing date.                For International Customers the delivery time will be 15 working days from the order processing date.

  • Exchange and Return policy

Lubna Fashions Trading LLC will accept any claims or exchange requests, only if the customer has received a damage or size difference product, that too on the basis of a ‘video’ of the product provided the same date of the delivery received. The complaint will be considered only if it is in the email box on the receipt date of the product.

Purchased item is not acceptable if that has been washed, dried, damaged or has already got the product stitched. Lubna Fashions Trading LLC will not accept such.

Lubna Fashions Trading LLC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC-sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Customers will be responsible for import duties, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), and customs fees. The importation of products made with exotic materials (e.g. crocodile skin, python skin) may be restricted to certain countries. Please contact the Customer Service Department for more information.

Payment Methods:

Lubna Fashions Trading LLC provides all possible payment options for our customer’s convenience. Cash on Delivery (COD), Cash on Location (COL), Bank Transfer (BT), Credit Card (CC), PayPal and American Express card being some of them. Please note some payment methods might be unavailable for specific destination countries or new customers.

In certain cases, for payments made via Credit Card, we might get in touch with you to request for additional personal documents, such as a passport copy or ID card, in order to confirm your order. This is required to verify the identity of the buyer and protect the cardholder against any possibility of fraudulent payments.

Delivery Exceptions:

Custom Duties / Taxes:

Our items are shipped from Dubai, Sharjah UAE. Almost all countries apply customs duty (if applicable) on import of goods. The customers will be required to pay the customs duty (if applicable) at the customs for release of the delivery of the items. Please ensure to check duty rates for your country.

KSA, Kuwait and Bahrain: An additional customs duty fee is charged upon checkout from the website; no additional customs fees will be required in this case. 

KSA, Kuwait and Bahrain:

Customs duty of total 27.5% (10% government levy + 17.5% Fuel surcharge) applies on orders placed via credit card (CC), bank transfer (BT), PayPal, American Express card at the checkout from the website if the order value is less than USD 1000.

OMAN:

Customs duty if and wherever applicable will be collected by the courier partner directly.

Cash on Delivery (COD):

UAE ONLY:

An additional fees of AED 30 is applied for UAE Cash on Delivery orders. There is no upper limit for the order values in UAE. *Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders the buyer is obligated to pay the amount due at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept shipment will lead to legal implications including ban on any future orders.

Bank Transfer payments:

Returns

Lubna Fashions Trading LLv promises you 100% satisfaction on purchasing from our site. We offer a 2 day exchange policy, that is, if you are not satisfied with the item when you receive it, we will offer you your money back. However, items marked as ‘No returns on this item’ once purchased such items cannot be returned.
