We deliver our Products to all Countries and mainly UAE. Shipping will be done by a third-party courier.
Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details. The delivery time of items depends on the location of the customer and payment methods. You can check the delivery time of each item upon availability by selecting the destination country. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Lubna Fashions Trading LLC will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC-sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Customers will be responsible for import duties, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), and customs fees. The importation of products made with exotic materials (e.g. crocodile skin, python skin) may be restricted to certain countries. Please contact the Customer Service Department for more information.
Payment Methods:
Lubna Fashions Trading LLC provides all possible payment options for our customer’s convenience. Cash on Delivery (COD), Cash on Location (COL), Bank Transfer (BT), Credit Card (CC), PayPal and American Express card being some of them. Please note some payment methods might be unavailable for specific destination countries or new customers.
In certain cases, for payments made via Credit Card, we might get in touch with you to request for additional personal documents, such as a passport copy or ID card, in order to confirm your order. This is required to verify the identity of the buyer and protect the cardholder against any possibility of fraudulent payments.
Delivery Exceptions:
Lubna Fashions Trading LLC works with sellers and manufacturers across the world to maintain an accurate listings of their items online. In rare cases, we may be unable to successfully deliver items because of a mismatch in live inventory listings with our partners. In such cases, Lubna Fashions Trading LLC may offer an exchange of item if an item is unavailable. Please refer to our exchange policy for further details. The placement of an order does not guarantee delivery of an item, unless the payment is confirmed with the bank.
Lubna Fashions Trading LLC is not liable for delay in orders because of custom clearances at destination.

Custom Duties / Taxes:
Our items are shipped from Dubai, Sharjah UAE. Almost all countries apply customs duty (if applicable) on import of goods. The customers will be required to pay the customs duty (if applicable) at the customs for release of the delivery of the items. Please ensure to check duty rates for your country.
KSA, Kuwait and Bahrain: An additional customs duty fee is charged upon checkout from the website; no additional customs fees will be required in this case.
KSA, Kuwait and Bahrain:
Customs duty of total 27.5% (10% government levy + 17.5% Fuel surcharge) applies on orders placed via credit card (CC), bank transfer (BT), PayPal, American Express card at the checkout from the website if the order value is less than USD 1000.
OMAN:
Customs duty if and wherever applicable will be collected by the courier partner directly.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
UAE ONLY:
An additional fees of AED 30 is applied for UAE Cash on Delivery orders. There is no upper limit for the order values in UAE. *Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders the buyer is obligated to pay the amount due at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept shipment will lead to legal implications including ban on any future orders.
Bank Transfer payments:
We accept payments through bank transfer for some countries. Please contact our customer service team to learn more. Full amount must be received by us via bank transfer for the order to be confirmed. Charges (payment and refund) are responsibility of the buyers.
Credit Card Payments:
We accept payments through credit cards, also American Express card. The cards are charged on site via our secure payment partners checkout.com or payfort.com for the amount of the order value. Credit card companies may have additional charges based on the currency of your card.
Returns
Lubna Fashions Trading LLv promises you 100% satisfaction on purchasing from our site. We offer a 2 day exchange policy, that is, if you are not satisfied with the item when you receive it, we will offer you your money back. However, items marked as ‘No returns on this item’ once purchased such items cannot be returned.
